Terms & Disclosures

Scope of services

Bullsline Advisory provides advice on, and distribution of, health insurance and term insurance products of IRDAI-licensed Indian insurers; and distribution of mutual fund schemes registered with SEBI. We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice — though we will refer you to a chartered accountant on request.

Independence

We are an independent firm. We do not have exclusive arrangements with any insurer or asset manager. Where you ask, we will tell you exactly which insurers a quote was sourced from and why others were not.

Conflicts of interest

On mutual funds we deal exclusively in direct plans — meaning we receive no commission from asset management companies. Our income on the funds practice is a transparent advisory fee billed to you. On insurance, we receive regulatory commissions paid by insurers; we will tell you the commission band before you sign.

Regulatory disclosures

IRDAI License No. XXXXXX · SEBI INA XXXXXX · AMFI ARN XXXXX. Registration certificates are available on request and on file at our office.

Limits of liability

Insurance is a contract between you and the insurer. Mutual funds are subject to market risk — past performance is not indicative of future returns, and you should read the Scheme Information Document carefully before investing. Bullsline's liability is limited to the fees paid for our service in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Grievances

If anything we do falls short of what you expected, write to grievance@bullsline.in or call +91 76963 53532. We respond within three business days and resolve within fifteen. Unresolved grievances may be escalated to the IRDAI Bima Bharosa portal (insurance) or SEBI SCORES portal (mutual funds).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

This document is provided in good faith. The authoritative regulatory text always overrides anything written here — if there is conflict, the regulator is right.
