Privacy Policy
Who we are
Bullsline Advisory is an independent insurance and mutual fund distribution firm registered with IRDAI and SEBI. We operate from India and our policies follow Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
When you reach out via the contact form, WhatsApp, or email, we collect your name, contact number, email, health concern (if relevant), and the timing preferences you supply. If you become a client, we additionally collect the documents required for IRDAI/SEBI know-your-customer norms — Aadhaar/PAN, address proof, bank details, and medical records as relevant.
How we use your data
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, to place and service your insurance and investments, and to comply with our regulatory obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party marketing pixels on this site.
Who we share it with
Only with the insurers and asset managers we place your business with — and only what is strictly required for that placement. We do not share data with marketing partners or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Active client files are retained for the life of the policy or investment plus seven years thereafter as required by IRDAI and SEBI record-keeping rules. Enquiry data with no follow-up is purged after twelve months.
Your rights
You may at any time request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to regulatory retention rules). Write to privacy@bullsline.in or call +91 76963 53532.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a minimal set of cookies — a session cookie to remember if you have dismissed the cookie banner, and standard browser storage to keep your form draft. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.
Updates to this policy
We will update this policy as the law and our practice evolve. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for thirty days.
